TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SHOPPING

All orders placed through this website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Buy Direct Namibia. All prices are in Namibian dollars (NAD) and VAT exclusive as goods are imported and invoiced directly to the store. Buy Direct Namibia may vary prices, in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If Buy Direct Namibia requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Buy Direct Namibia, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.
ORDERS AND DELIVERY
Buy Direct Namibia or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available, you will be notified of this by Buy Direct Namibia as quickly as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Buy Direct Namibia to be authorized to receive the goods. If there is no-one at the delivery address to receive the order, Buy Direct Namibia may charge you additional delivery fees. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them, and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Upon placement of your order you will be sent an order confirmation via email. Once payment is received and your order has been confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched within ± 2 weeks. Any items, will be charged accordingly to size, weight and destination. These deliveries will be made Monday to Friday.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
In the event that an item is flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss a return and replacement. Email - orangeapple@frembent.com or telephone 0817635905. The returned items must be in new, unused, condition and in its original packaging. Any postage shipping charges for the return of the item are your responsibility.

Delivery cannot be to a post office box. Please note that an authorized signatory needs to be at the delivery address to sign for and collect the goods.

We receive goods from customers every day , could be damaged by our transporters , bar codes did not scan , customer did not order it , packaging damages , incorrect quantities. We end up sitting with items that cannot be send back to our suppliers and would rather sell it back to the public. Note , we sell goods as "voet stoods" and will not except returns.
